Alanplace: content production in 24 hours at a fraction of the price

How Alex King of Alanplace transformed his proposition in the marketing market through AI-driven content production.

Delivery within 24 hours
Fraction of the original price
Differentiated market position

The challenge

Alex King runs Alanplace, a company in the marketing and content production market. The market he operates in is competitive. Clients expect fast delivery, high quality, and sharp prices. That is a combination that is hard to achieve with traditional production processes.

The problem was fundamental: production time and costs were out of proportion to what the market demanded. Clients wanted fast results, but the production process was time-consuming. Every step, from briefing to delivery, cost manual hours. And those hours translated into prices that were increasingly difficult to sell.

Alex faced a choice: either lower the quality to deliver faster and cheaper, or find a fundamentally different way of working. He chose the latter.

The approach

Together with Alex, we looked at his entire content production process, from the first client briefing to the final delivery. The goal was not to replace people, but to speed up the steps that were the most time-consuming without requiring human creativity.

Restructuring the production process. The first step was to split the production process into creative and executional tasks. Creative tasks, such as strategy and concept development, stayed with the team. Executional tasks, such as creating variations, adjusting formats, and producing base versions, were automated.

AI content automation. We built a system that automates the executional part of content production. Based on a briefing and guidelines, the system can generate content, adapt it to different formats, and produce variations. The team reviews and refines, instead of building everything from scratch.

Speed as the core proposition. By drastically shortening production time, Alex was able to change his proposition in the market. Instead of competing on the same terms as everyone else, he could offer something others could not: delivery within 24 hours.

The results

"Earlybeurt helped me change my proposition in the marketing market by optimizing my production of contents, now I am able to differentiate myself and deliver products within 24 hours for a fraction of the price." - Alex King

The impact was threefold:

Delivery within 24 hours. Where content production used to take days or weeks, Alanplace now delivers within 24 hours. That is not a small speed-up. That is a completely different proposition. Clients who need content tomorrow can turn to Alanplace.

A fraction of the price. By shortening production time and automating the executional work, the cost per project dropped significantly. Alex can now price more sharply without sacrificing margin. The cost savings do not come from lower quality, but from a more efficient process.

A differentiated position. This is perhaps the most important result. Alex no longer competes on the same terms as other content producers. He has a unique proposition: faster, cheaper, without loss of quality. That is a position that is hard to copy without the same systems.

The lesson

The story of Alanplace shows what is possible when you see AI not as a replacement for your work, but as an amplification of your process. Alex is still the creative force behind his company. The difference is that he now has the executional capacity to translate that creativity into results much faster and much cheaper.

For companies in content production and marketing, this is a relevant example. The market is moving toward faster delivery and lower prices. Companies that cannot offer that by working smarter will have to do it by working harder, and that does not scale.

The question is not whether AI will play a role in content production. The question is whether you will be the first to start with it or the last.
