The Buyer Map is a delivered map of buyers in one defined market, in which Earlybeurt records for each account the company, the decision-maker by name, a verified direct contact, a concrete buying signal and a recommended opening for your sales team. It is explicitly not a contact list. Building a list of company names is easy; after that your own team still has to work out which companies fit, who decides and why they should call now. Earlybeurt does that groundwork. You define the ideal customer, the country and the segment, we turn that into selection and scoring rules and review every account before it goes on the map. The Buyer Map is delivered in a CRM-ready format and in a secure workspace where your team leaves a status and a note per account. A complete map is ready within two to three weeks, and you pay only after your own review, and only for the accounts you approve.

What exactly do you get with The Buyer Map?

With The Buyer Map you get five things per account that your sales team would otherwise have to find out itself. The company, checked against the profile you agreed. The decision-maker by name, so not a generic address or just a job title. A verified direct contact, so an email does not bounce. A concrete buying signal, such as a new production line, an expansion, an acquisition or a relevant vacancy, with a link to the page where that signal appears. And a recommended opening: a short angle your team can start the conversation with, without doing its own research first. Earlybeurt delivers this in an importable format for your CRM and in The Hub, where your team can tick off accounts, leave a note and give feedback. Where we find no hard buying signal, we say so honestly and select on profile.

When does an account count as qualified?

With The Buyer Map, qualified is not a feeling but a definition we agree up front. An account only counts if it meets four criteria: it fits the agreed profile in sector, size and country, there is a decision-maker by name, the contact is verified, and there is a buying signal or a substantiated reason why the account is relevant now. Earlybeurt also gives each account a score. An A account is a company your team can do something useful with this week: the right profile, at least one current signal and a reachable decision-maker. A B account fits the profile but has a softer signal. A C account is not relevant right now and does not go on the map. So the score does not say whether a company is good, but whether it fits now.

The score per account

  1. A: Your team can do something useful with it this week: right profile, current signal, reachable decision-maker.
  2. B: Fits the profile, with a softer signal.
  3. C: Not relevant right now. Does not go on the map.

How long does The Buyer Map take?

A complete Buyer Map is ready within two to three weeks after you approve the profile. That lead time only starts once the criteria are fixed, and that is deliberate: most delays in lead generation do not come from the search, but from finding out halfway that the target group was meant differently. Earlybeurt therefore first agrees with you who the ideal customer is, in which country and segment, and which companies you already know. After that we search, enrich and review, without your team spending time on it. There is no months-long ramp-up and no retainer that first has to pay for itself. If you want to see what a delivery looks like first, start with the smallest scope of thirty accounts and scale up within the same market afterwards.

The secure workspace where the accounts live. Your team sees everything we found per account, sets a status, leaves a note and gives feedback in one click, without installing software. The Hub is the front end until a quote goes out; after that, work continues in your own system.

More questions about The Buyer Map

How does pricing work, and what do you risk?

The Buyer Map has a fixed project price that we agree up front, scaled to the number of accounts: thirty, sixty or one hundred and twenty per market. So you know what it costs before you start, however much searching a market takes. You pay nothing up front. Earlybeurt delivers, you review the accounts yourself in The Hub, and payment follows only fourteen days after delivery. An account that does not meet the agreed specification is replaced at no cost. That is the Good-Fit Guarantee, and you can claim it up to a year after delivery. There is no retainer, no minimum term and no notice period; the map is a stand-alone project. We do not list amounts on this page, because markets differ widely in size. You get the fixed price in the first conversation, before you commit to anything.

Is The Buyer Map allowed under the GDPR?

Yes, and the distinction that matters is the one between consumers and businesses. The strict side of the GDPR targets consumers. The Buyer Map is about reaching businesses you can genuinely help, based on business data that is publicly available. Earlybeurt uses no consumer data, no private addresses and no bought lists. The legal basis is legitimate interest: the outreach has to be relevant to the recipient's role, and every recipient must be able to opt out easily. We only deliver personal data after an assignment is agreed, and a data processing agreement or non-disclosure agreement is possible. A separate layer is the rules of email providers and platforms, which protect themselves against bulk sending. That is why Earlybeurt delivers accounts to approach by name, not a list to email at scale. If you want certainty, have your own lawyer check a handful of accounts.

Who contacts the accounts: your team or Earlybeurt?

With The Buyer Map your own team contacts the accounts, and that is a deliberate choice. In B2B markets with a high order value, a decision-maker wants to talk to someone who knows the product, not to a hired caller working through a script. Earlybeurt therefore does the part that costs your team the most time and delivers the least: finding companies, reviewing them, identifying the decision-maker, verifying the contact and finding a reason to call now. Your team then picks up the phone or sends an email by name, with a recommended opening per account. If you want to agree how to reach out without harming your email reputation, we help think it through. What The Buyer Map is not: a list to email at scale in your name. That does not fit accounts that were selected one by one, by name.

More questions about The Buyer Map

What if you already know some of those companies?

In many markets you do, and The Buyer Map takes that into account. If you share a list of company or domain names of your existing customers and ongoing opportunities, Earlybeurt deduplicates against it completely and we only invoice the accounts that are not on it. You share no contacts, no revenue and nothing else that is sensitive. That is the Net-New Guarantee: you never pay for a name you already had. It works best with an export of all account names from your CRM, not a hand-picked selection, because only then can the check be watertight. If you prefer to share nothing, that is fine too. Then we build the map from scratch at a fixed project price, and any overlap with your own customers mainly proves that the map is right.

Who owns the data, and what if Earlybeurt disappears?

The map and the contacts are yours. With The Buyer Map the accounts land in your own CRM, in a format you can import and use without us. The criteria we use to search and score are recorded in a document that is also yours. If we disappeared tomorrow, you would keep the map, the contacts and the reasoning behind every choice. Earlybeurt is the engine that makes it faster, not the place where your market knowledge is locked away. On top of that, a simple exclusivity rule applies. The accounts we deliver to you are not resold. A map we build for your segment does not go to a direct competitor while your rollout runs, and we do not actively search your market for others. If you want formal exclusivity on an entire market for a longer period, that is a separate arrangement.

Is this done by people or by machines?

Both, each on the part it is good at. With The Buyer Map, systems search and score, and people review. A language model is strong at text but unreliable on details such as market figures and names. Earlybeurt therefore puts them in the right order: first targeted systems collect the raw data, then a scoring model records the fit and the buying signal, and only then does a language model help write a readable rationale. Every account is opened and read before it goes on the map, and every buying signal traces back to a source you can open yourself. That is also the answer to whether you could do this yourself with a chatbot. A chatbot quickly gives you a list that looks convincing. The Buyer Map gives you accounts where you can check why they are on it.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between The Buyer Map and buying a lead list?

A lead list gives you names, and then your team does the checking. The Buyer Map delivers the accounts that remain after that checking, with decision-maker, verified contact and a reason to call now.

Can I start with a small scope?

Yes. The smallest scope is thirty accounts in one market. It shows you what a delivery looks like before you scale up.

Does The Buyer Map work outside the Netherlands?

Yes. The core markets are the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the United Kingdom.

What if a contact detail is wrong?

Then the Data Guarantee applies: we replace a wrong contact or an off-spec account within thirty days.

Do I need software?

No. You get an importable file for your own CRM and access to The Hub. There is nothing to install.
